Litro asks permission to raise prices again

The Cabinet has sought permission to increase gas prices again, said Thushara Jayasinghe, Chairman of Litro.
Gas queues were seen in various parts of the island today as well.

Meanwhile, another ship carrying 3,700 metric tons of gas arrived on the island last night, Litro said.

Its gas landing will take place today

The company said yesterday that it had released 10,000 gas cylinders to the market.
