Mayanta resigns from the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Mayantha Dissanayake, Member of Parliament of the Samagi Jana Balavega, has decided to resign from the position of Chairman of the Parliament’s Finance Committee.

It is said that he has informed Samagi Jana Balawegaya General Secretary Mr. Ranjith Madduma Bandara about that decision in writing.

Mr. Mayantha Dissanayake is going to inform Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena of his decision in writing.
